신생아 에르브 마비와 어깨관절 탈구, Erb’s palsy and dislocated shoulder in newborn infants

에르브 마비의 약 9%에서 마비된 쪽의 어깨관절 탈구가 동시 발견된다.
에르브 마비가 생긴 쪽 어깨관절에 수동적 외회전이 갑자기 안 되고,
그쪽의 팔의 길이가 정상적인 쪽의 팔의 길이보다 더 짧고 양 어깨의 피부의 주름살의 모양과 깊이에 차이가 나는 등 여러 증상 징후가 나타날 수 있다.
병력, 증상 징후, 진찰소견, 어깨 관절의 초음파 영상 사진사 등으로 진단한다.
에르브 마비를 비수술적 치료 방법으로 적절히 치료하면서 어깨 관절탈구는 정복돼서 치료한다.
