신생아 안전사고 예방, Accident prevention in newborn infants

신생아(0-28일)들에게 생길 수 있는 안전사고에 관해 알아본다. 신생아를 승용차에 태우고 어디를 데리고 갈 때는 법으로 허가 받은 안전의자에 앉히고 운전해야 한다.
안전 의자는 승용차의 뒷좌석에 설치해야 한다. 가능하면 뒷좌석 중앙에 설치해야 한다.
신생아가 뜨거운 물에 데지 않게 주의해야 한다.
신생아나 영아를 책상 위나 그 외 다른 높은 곳에 혼자 눕히거나 앉히지 말고 거기서 혼자 놀게 해서는 안 된다.
떨어져 다칠 위험성이 있기 때문이다. 떨어지기 쉬운 높은 곳에 아기를 눕히거나 앉히지 말아야 한다.

병원 신생아실에서 퇴원한 신생아를 승용차에 태우고 집으로 데리고 갈 때 법적 규격에 맞는 승용차 안전의자에 신생아를 눕히고 운전해야 한다.
미국 같은 나라에서는 병원에서 태어난 아기가 병원 신생아실에서 퇴원해 승용차에 태우고 집으로 갈 때 신생아용 승용차 안전의자가 없이 신생아를 승용차에 태우고 집으로 갈 수 없게 법으로 정해져 있다.
아기 크립을 구할 때 안전사고가 생기지 않게 안전성 있는 아기 크립을 구하여 써야 한다.
집안에 화재경보기를 설치한다. 그리고 필요에 따라 일산화탄소 경보기도 집안에 설치한다.

• Find out about possible safety accidents in newborns (0-28 days). When taking a newborn baby in a car and taking it anywhere, you must sit in a safety chair authorized by law and drive.

• Safety chairs must be installed in the rear seats of passenger vehicles. If possible, it should be installed in the center of the rear seat.

• Be careful not to burn your newborn baby in hot water.

• Newborns or infants should not be laid or seated alone on a desk or any other high place and should not be allowed to play alone there.

• This is because there is a risk of injury from falling. Do not lay or sit your baby in a high place where it is easy to fall off.

• When carrying a newborn baby discharged from the hospital neonatal room into a car and taking it home, the newborn must be placed in a car safety chair that meets the legal standards and drives.

• In countries such as the United States, when a baby born in a hospital is discharged from the hospital’s newborn room, put it in a car, and goes home, it is stipulated by law that it is not possible to put a newborn baby in a car without a safety chair for a newborn baby to go home.
