신생아가 피를 토할 때나 혈변을 눌 때, When a newborn vomits blood or has blood in the stool

위장 관에 있는 피를 토하는 증상 징후를 토혈이라고도 한다. 호흡기에서 나온 피를 뱉어 내는 것을 각혈이라 한다.
아이들도 성인들도 새빨간 피나 검붉은 피를 토하는 경우가 가끔 있다.
식도관이나 위장 관 출혈로 피를 토할 수 있다.
나이에 따라서 피를 토하는 원인이 조금 다르다.
갓 난 아기가 피를 토하는 경우, 생후 1~2일 된 신생아들이 피를 토하는 경우, 그 이후 신생아들이나 영유아들, 또는 학령기아이들이 피를 토하는 경우를 여기서 비교 생각해 보기로 한다.

갓 태어난 아기들이나 생후 1~2일 된 신생아들이 피를 토할 때,
생후 1~2일 이후 신생아들이나 그 이후 영유아들,
학령기 아이들이 피를 토하는 경우 참조.
원인이 무엇이든 신생아들이 그 이후나 소아들이 피를 토하면 바로 의사의 진단 치료를 받아야한다.
