슬관절 반월판 부상의 개요, 원인, 증상 징후, 치료

무릎 관절(슬 관절/슬관절) 속에 있는 경골 근위 골단의 관절 면에 결합된 반월형 섬유연골 판을 슬관절 반월판 또는 메니스크스라고 한다.
슬관절 반월판이 운동 중 부상 받을 수 있다. 이런 부상을 슬관절 반월판 부상(Knee meniscus injury)이라고 한다.
슬관절 반월판에는 내측 슬 관절 반월판과 외측 슬 관절 반월판이 있는데 내측 슬 관절 반월판이 더 쉽게 손상될 수 있다.
사춘기 이전 소아들에게는 잘 생기지 않으나 사춘기 아이들에게는 가끔 생길 수 있다.
무릎에 힘을 주고 전체 체중을 지탱한 상태로 앉아 있는 자세에서 무릎 관절이 과도히 내회전 될 때 슬 관절 반월판 손상이 생길 수 있다.
무릎 관절을 오므린 상태에서도 앞으로 오므린 무릎을 정상적으로 잘 펼 수가 없고 무릎이 붓고 환부에 압통이 생긴다.
병력, 증상 징후, 진찰 소견을 종합해 슬 관절 반월판 손상이 의심되면 무릎 MRI 검사와 무릎 관절 내시경으로 진단한다.
진단 검진상 McMurray maneuver가 유용하다.
수술 고정치료, 수술로 치료 한다.

Overview of knee meniscus injuries, causes, symptoms, signs, treatment

The meniscus fibrocartilage plate connected to the articular surface of the proximal tibia epiphysis in the knee joint is called the knee joint meniscus.
The meniscus of the knee joint can be injured during exercise.
Such an injury is called a knee meniscus injury.
There are medial knee joint meniscus and lateral knee joint meniscus in the knee joint meniscus, and the medial knee joint meniscus can be damaged more easily.
It does not look good in pre-adolescent children, but can occasionally occur in adolescent children.
When the knee joint is excessively inwardly rotated in a sitting position with strength on the knee and supporting the entire weight, damage to the knee joint meniscus can occur.
Even when the knee joint is flexed, the knee that is closed forward cannot be extended normally, the knee is swollen, and tenderness occurs in the affected area.
If a knee joint meniscus injury is suspected by combining the medical history, symptoms, and examination findings, it is diagnosed by knee MRI and knee joint endoscopy.
McMurray maneuver is useful for diagnostic examination.
It is treated with surgical fixation and surgery.
