소 좌 결장 증후군 Small left colon syndrome

• 원인은 확실히 모른다. 
• 이 병은 신경 호르몬의 불균형으로 생긴다는 설이 있다. 
• 좌 결장이 기능적으로 작아지고 거기에 기능적 장 폐쇄가 생길 수 있다. 
• 생후 24-48 시간 내 생기는 것이 보통이다. 
• 이 병이 있는 신생아의 50%는 당뇨병이 있는 임신부로부터 태어난 신생아였고 또 저혈당증이 있는 신생아에게 이 병이 더 생길 수 있다. 
• 복통, 구토, 복부 팽만 등의 증상 징후가 생기고 태어난 후 태변을 누지 못한다. 
• 적절히 치료하지 않으면 이런 증상 징후가 계속 진전될 수 있다. 
• 드물게는 장관이 천공될 수 있고 복막염이 생길 수 있다. 
• 병력, 증상 징후, 검진, 복부 X선 검사, 바륨관장 검사, 대장 관장검사 등으로 진단한다. 
• 적절히 치료하지 않으면 장관이 천공될 수 있고 사망할 수 있다. 
• 대증치료 하고 바륨관장치료를 한다.

The cause is not clear.

• There is a theory that this disease is caused by an imbalance of neurohormone.

• The left colon is functionally small and functional bowel obstruction may develop there.

• It usually occurs within 24-48 hours of life.

• 50% of newborns with this disease were born to pregnant women with diabetes, and newborns with hypoglycemia may develop the disease more.

• Symptoms such as abdominal pain, vomiting, and abdominal distension occur, and the meconium cannot be performed after birth.

• If not treated properly, these symptoms may continue to develop. • Rarely, the intestine may be perforated and peritonitis may develop.

• Diagnosis is based on medical history, symptom signs, examination, abdominal X-ray examination, barium enema examination, and colon enema examination.

• If not treated properly, the intestinal tract can be perforated and can lead to death.

• Symptomatic treatment and barium tube treatment.
