제 아이는 오늘 백일잔치를 했습니다. 남아이구요…
잔치가 끝나고 아기 기저귀를 갈아주는데 무릎 아래로 자반같은 것이 있습니다.
자반의 크기는 크기라고 하기에도 뭐할만큼 아주 작고 ..바늘구멍만큼?? 그렇게 무릎 아래로 있습니다. 손으로 꾹 눌러보아도 없어지지 않은 걸로 보아 피부 모세혈관이 터진 것 같거든요??
제 생각이지만요.. 그런데 왜 그런 걸까요?

자반이 몇 개 정도 있는지요. 몸의 다른 부위에 자반이나 그와 비슷한 반점이 있는지요.
혈액 질환, 안전사고로 인한 외상, 아동 학대, 곤충 자상, 비타민 결핍증, 감염병, 알레르기 등으로 피부에 있는 모세혈관이 손상될 때 그런 자반이 생길 수 있습니다.
알게 모르게 하찮은 외적 압력이 영아들에게 가해질 때 피부에 자반이 쉽게 생길 수 있습니다.
이미 생긴 자반이 아무 증상이 없으면 관찰하시든지 소아청소년과에서 상담하시기 바랍니다.
