소결절성 림프절 과형성증과 그로 인한 직장 출혈 Nodular lymphoid hyperplasia and rectal bleeding

  • 대장(관) 벽 점막층이 감염병, 화학성 자극 또는 외상 등으로 인하여 자극받아 소결절성 림프절 형성증이 생길 수 있고 폴립도 생길 수 있다. 
  • 이런 것은 주로 대장의 하행결장에 생길 수 있다. 
  • 그 폴립에 궤양이 생길 수 있고 거기에서 출혈이 생기면 직장 출혈이 생길 수 있다. 
  • 림프절 과형성증으로 생긴 결절의 크기는 1~5mm 정도이다.
  • 대장 내시경 검사로 진단한다. 
  • 원인을 제거하면 치료된다.

• The mucous membrane layer of the colon (tubal) wall may be irritated by infectious diseases, chemical irritation or trauma, resulting in sintered nodal lymphadenopathy and polyps.

• It can occur mainly in the descending colon of the large intestine.

• The polyp can ulcer and bleed there, causing rectal bleeding.

• The size of the nodule caused by lymph node hyperplasia is about 1~5mm.

• Diagnosed by colonoscopy.

• It is cured when the cause is eliminated
