서 나일 바이러스 뇌염의 개요 및 원인

최근에 서 나일강바이러스 감염으로 생기는 뇌염이 미국에서 가끔 발생되고 타국 여행자들에게 발생되어 건강정책 문제가 되고 있다.

이 바이러스는 주로 모기나 진드기 등 곤충을 통해서 감염되는 것이 보통이지만 서 나일 바이러스에 감염된 수유모의 모유를 먹거나 이 바이러스가 있는 피를 수혈 받거나 장기 이식을 받을 때 그 바이러스에 감염되고 바이러스성 뇌염에 걸릴 수 있다.
서 나일 바이러스는 아시아, 아프리카, 유럽, 미국 등 여러 지역에서 발견되고 또 그 바이러스에 감염될 수 있다.
특효약은 없고 대증 치료를 한다.
예방접종 백신은 없다.
DEET 구충제로 모기 등 곤충에 물리지 않게 구충해서 예방할 수 있다.

Overview and Causes of West Nile Virus Encephalitis

• In recent years, encephalitis caused by infection with the Nile River virus occurs occasionally in the United States, and it is a health policy problem as it occurs in foreign travelers.

• The virus is usually transmitted through insects such as mosquitoes and ticks, but when eating breast milk from a nursing mother infected with the West Nile virus, receiving blood transfusions with the virus, or receiving organ transplants, the virus is infected and viral encephalitis occurs. I can.

• West Nile virus can be found and infected in many regions, including Asia, Africa, Europe, and the United States.

• There is no special drug and symptomatic treatment is provided.

• There is no vaccination vaccine.

• With DEET repellent, you can prevent insect bites such as mosquitoes by repelling them.
