생선가시가 인두 강에 걸렸을 때, Fish bone in the throat

사진 327. 생선가시가 인두 강에 걸리지 않게 요리를 잘 해야 한다. 생선고기를 먹을 때 생선 가시가 인두 강에 걸리지 않게 조심히 먹어야 한다.

인두 점막 층에 살짝 걸려 있거나 박혀 있는 생선가시의 대부분은 음식물을 먹을 때나 먹지 않고 있는 동안 인체 자연 방어 기전에 의해 저절로 빠져 식도 관을 통과한 후 위장관 속으로 내려가는 것이 보통이다.
그렇지만, 인두 점막 층에 깊숙이 박히거나 걸쳐있는 억센 큰 생선가시는 음식물을 먹을 때 인두 점막 층 속으로 더 깊숙이 박힐 수 있다.
말을 잘 알아듣고 협조적이고 이해할 수 있는 아이의 인두 점막 층에 큰 생선 가시가 박혀 있으면 입을 크게 벌리게 하고 전등불을 인두에 비추어 인두 점막 층 어디에 생선가시가 박혀있나 확인하고 점막 층에 박혀있는 생선가시를 핀셋으로 집어낼 수 있다.
이때 거즈로 혓바닥을 싸잡고 앞으로 혀를 살그머니 잡아당기면서 인두 강 점막에 생선 가시가 박혀 있나 조사해볼 수 있다.
이렇게 인도 강 속 생선 가시를 쉽게 찾아 집어낼 수 있는 경우는 그렇게 많지 않다.
자녀가 어려서 생선 가시를 꺼내는 처치를 어떻게 하는지를 잘 이해할 수 없거나, 말을 잘 듣지 않고 비협조적이거나, 부모가 인두 강 점막 층에 있는 생선가시를 집에서 집어낼 자신이 없을 때는 병원 응급실이나 단골 청소년과에 전화해 그들의 지시에 따라 치료받아야 한다.
그렇지만 인두에 걸려 있는 생선가시로 건강 문제가 생기는 경우는 아주 드물다.

Most of the fish thorns, which are slightly hung or embedded in the pharyngeal mucosa, are naturally lost by the human body’s natural defense mechanisms when eating or not eating, passing through the esophagus and then descending into the gastrointestinal tract.
However, strong, large fish thorns that are deeply embedded in the pharyngeal mucosa layer or overlaid can become deeper into the pharyngeal mucosa when eating.
If the child’s pharyngeal mucosa is well understood, cooperative and understandable, if there is a large fish thorn embedded in the pharyngeal mucosa, make the mouth wide open, light on the pharynx to check where the fish thorn is located on the pharyngeal mucosa, and check the fish thorn embedded in the pharyngeal mucosa. You can pick it up with tweezers.
At this time, you can check if there are fish thorns in the pharyngeal mucosa by holding the tongue with gauze and gently pulling the tongue forward.
There are not so many cases where it is possible to easily find and pick up the thorns of fish in the pharynx.
If your child is young and cannot understand how to take out fish thorns, are not listening well, and are uncooperative, or if parents are not confident in picking up fish thorns from the pharyngeal mucosa, call the hospital emergency room or regular adolescent department.
Call and follow their instructions to get treatment. However, very rarely causes health problems from fish thorns stuck in the pharynx.
