• 인두 강 점막층에 살짝 걸려 있거나 박혀 있는 생선가시의 대부분은 음식물을 먹을 때나 먹지 않고 있을 때도 살짝 걸려 있던 생선가시가 저절로 빠져 식도관 속을 통과한 후 위장 속으로 내려가는 것이 보통이다.
• 그렇지만, 억센 큰 생선가시가 인두 강 점막층에 깊숙이 박히거나 걸쳐있을 때 음식물을 먹으면 생선가시가 인두강 점막층 속으로 더 깊숙이 박힐 수 있다.
• 처치자의 말을 잘 알아듣고 협조적이고 이해할 수 있는 유아나 학령기 아이에게 인두 강 속에 큰 생선 가시가 있으면 입을 크게 벌리고 전등불로 인두 강 속을 비추어 인두 강 점막층 어느 부위에 생선가시가 박혀있나 확인하고 박혀있는 생선가시를 핀셋 의료기구로 집어낼 수 있다.
• 그러나 이렇게 쉽게 집어낼 수 있는 인두강 점막층 생선가시가 그렇게 많지 않다.
• 환아가 어려서 어떻게 생선 가시를 꺼내는지 잘 이해할 수 없거나, 
• 말을 잘 듣지 않고 비협조적이거나, 
• 부모나 처치자가 인두 강 점막층 속에 걸린 생선가시를 집어낼 자신이 없을 때는 병원 응급실이나 단골 소아과 전문의의 지시에 따라 전화 응급 치료를 한다.
• 그렇지만 인두 강에 걸려 있는 생선가시로 건강 문제가 생기는 경우는 아주 드물다.

• Most of the fish thorns that are slightly hung or stuck in the pharyngeal mucosa layer are usually that when eating or not eating, the fish thorns, which were slightly hung on it, pass through the esophagus and go down into the stomach.
• However, if you eat food when a strong, large fish thorn is lodged in or overlaid in the pharyngeal mucosa, fish thorns can get deeper into the pharyngeal mucosa.
• For infants or school-age children who can understand the caregiver’s words well, cooperatively and understand, if there is a large fish thorn in the pharynx, open his mouth wide and light the pharyngeal cavity with a light to check where the fish thorn is embedded in the pharyngeal mucosa.
• Fish thorns can be picked up with tweezers medical devices. However, there are not so many fish thorns in the pharyngeal mucosa that can be picked up this easily.
• The patient is young and cannot understand how to get the fish thorns out, or Are not listening well and are uncooperative,
• When parents or caregivers are unsure of picking up fish thorns caught in the pharyngeal mucosa, emergency treatment is provided by telephone in the emergency department of a hospital or according to the instructions of a regular pediatrician.
• However, it is very rare that fish thorns in the pharyngeal river cause health problems.
