칼라지온(산립종)의 원인

눈꺼풀에는 자이선도 있고 마이봄선(腺)이란 외분비선이 위 아래 눈꺼풀 속 안쪽 면 깊숙이 정상적으로 있다.
마이봄선에서 분비되는 분비물이 나오는 분비관이 있다. 그 분비관을 마이봄선 관이라 한다.
그 관이 막히면 육아종이 생긴다. 그 육아종을 칼라지온이라고 한다.
칼라지온은 단단하고 압통이 거의 없는 결절이다.
칼라지온(산립종)에 세균이 감염될 수 있다.

칼라지온(산립종)의 증상 징후

칼라지온의 증상 징후는 다양하다.
칼라지온의 크기는 쌀알만 한고 메주콩알 만한 것도 있다.
마이봄선에 세균이 감염되어 곪고 커진 칼라지온이 눈꺼풀에서 만져질 수 있다.
칼라지온이 나 있는 눈꺼풀 부위가 조금 붓지만 많이 아프지는 않다.
증상 징후와 진찰소견 등을 종합하여 이 병을 진단할 수 있다.

칼라지온(산립종)의 치료

더운 물수건 찜질을 1회에 5~15분 정도, 하루 4회, 2~3일 동안 해 치료한다.
배시트라신 안연고나 토브라마이신 안연고 등을 환부에 발라 치료할 수 있다.
자연적으로 나을 수 있다.
칼라지온을 수술로 제거치료 하기도 한다.
드물게는 칼라지온과 과지질혈증, 지루성 피부염 또는 안검염 등 함께 있을 수 있다.
그런 병도 동시에 치료한다.
