사람 유두종 바이러스 감염병 (유두종 바이러스 감염병/ 콘질음) HPV infection (Human papilloma virus infection/Condyloma)

  • 콘질음은 Condylomata acuminata, Penile warts, Human papilloma virus (HPV), 또는 Venereal wart라고 한다.
  • 외생식기가 Human papilloma virus (HPV)에 감염되어 사람 유두종 바이러스 감염이 생길 수 있고, 그로 인해 생길 수 있는 감염성 성병을 콘질음 또는 HPV 감염이라고 한다.
  • Human papilloma virus (HPV에 감염되면, 내생식기 중 자궁 경부에 형성 장애 및, 또는 자궁경부암이 생길 수 있다.
  • 그러므로 사춘기 여아, 특히 성관계를 적극적으로 하는 사춘기 여아는 정기 건강검진을 받을 때 외생식기 검진을 받고 내생식기 검진을 위한 내진를 받아 HPV에 감염되어 있는지 알아봐야 한다.
  • 1년에 한 번 정도 정기적으로 팝 검사를 받도록 권장한다.
  • 특효 치료약이 없다.
  • 콘질음은 필요에 따라 국소용 화학약품으로 치료될 수 있다.
  • 사람 유두종 바이러스 감염으로 생기는 첨형콘딜롬을 예방할 수 있는 백신에는 가르다실 4가 백신(Gardasil vaccine/Quadrivalent HPV vaccine/HPV4), Merck & Co, Inc.)이 있고 2가 사람 유도종 백신(Bivalent human papillomavirus vaccine /HPV2 백신/Cervarix, GlaxoSmithKline)이 있고 10~ 26세 여성에게 접종 할 수 있다.

HPV infection (Human papilloma virus infection/Condyloma) 사람 유두종 바이러스 감염병 (유두종 바이러스 감염병/ 콘질음)

• Konsilum is called Condylomata acuminata, Penile warts, Human papillomavirus (HPV), or Venereal wart.

• Human papillomavirus (HPV) infection can lead to human papilloma virus infection, and an infectious sexually transmitted disease that may result from it is called  HPV infection.

• Human papillomavirus (HPV infection can lead to dysplasia and/or cervical cancer in the cervix during the endogenous period.

• Therefore, adolescent girls, especially adolescent girls who are actively engaged in sexual intercourse, should undergo exogenous screenings at regular health checkups and seismic examinations for endogeneity screenings to see if they are infected with HPV.

• It is recommended to have a regular pop test at least once a year.

• There is no special treatment drug

• Konjilum can be treated with topical chemicals as needed.

• Gardasil vaccines (Gardasil vaccine/Quadrivalent HPV vaccine/HPV4), Merck & Co, Inc.) are vaccines that can prevent condyloma affixation caused by a human papillomavirus infection, and bivalent human vaccines (Bivalent human vaccine). Papillomavirus vaccine / HPV2 vaccine / Cervarix, GlaxoSmithKline) and can be vaccinated to women aged 10 to 26 years.

• Even if you are an adolescent, you should be vaccinated against HPV infection.
