빨간 눈, 분홍색 눈, 충혈 눈 Red eye, Pinky eye, Injected eye

아이들의 한쪽 눈이나 양쪽 눈이 빨가서 소아청소년과나 병원 응급실을 찾아오는 경우가 있다.

눈이 빨개지는 원인

- 눈 외상,
- 화학물질에 노출될 때
- 울 때,
- 공해에 노출,
- 알레르기,
- 바이러스성 각막염,
- 바이러스성 결막염,
- 박테리아 각막염,
- 박테리아 결막염,
- 연소성 류마티스성 관절염,
- 홍채모양체염,
- 마리후아나 피움,
- 눈의 이물질
- 등으로 눈이 빨개질 수 있다.
- 그 중 가장 흔한 원인은 바이러스 결막염이나 알레르기 결막염이다.
- 아데노바이러스, 엡스타인바이러스 등 바이러스 감염으로 인한 바이러스 결막염이 생길 수 있고 그로 인해 한쪽 눈 또는 양쪽 눈이 빨개질 수 있다.
- 대부분의 바이러스 결막염은 자연적으로 나을 수 있다.
- 드물게 헤르페스바이러스 결막염이나 각막염으로 눈이 빨개질 수 있다.
- 이때 제대로 치료하지 않으면 시력이 상실될 수 있다.
- 따라서 눈이 빨개지면 의사의 진단치료를 곧 받아야 한다.
- 폐렴연쇄상구균이나 A군 베타 용혈성 연쇄상구균 등 박테리아 감염으로 인한 박테리아 결막염이 있으면 눈이 빨개지고 눈에서 노란 고름이 많이 흘러나올 수 있다.
- 그 외 다른 원인으로 한쪽, 또는 양쪽 눈이 빨개질 수 있다.
- 대부분의 경우, 눈이 빨갛게 되는 원인을 금방 확실히 알 수 없다.
- 그 때문에 눈이 빨개지면 일단 소아청소년과 전문의나 안과 전문의의 진단 치료를 받는 것이 좋다.

• In some cases, children come to the pediatric department or hospital emergency room because one or both eyes are red.

Causes of red eyes

• o eye trauma;

o When exposed to chemicals

o When crying,

o exposure to pollution;

o Allergies;

o Viral keratitis,

o Viral conjunctivitis,

o bacterial keratitis;

o bacterial conjunctivitis,

o Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis,

o iridocyclitis,

o Marijuana Pium,

o Foreign body in the eye

o The back may turn red.

o The most common cause is viral conjunctivitis or allergic conjunctivitis.

o Viral conjunctivitis may occur due to viral infection such as adenovirus or Epstein virus, which may result in redness of one or both eyes.

o Most viral conjunctivitis can resolve spontaneously.

o Rarely, herpesvirus conjunctivitis or keratitis may cause red eyes

o If not properly treated at this time, vision may be lost.

o Therefore, if your eyes turn red, you should seek medical attention immediately.

o If you have bacterial conjunctivitis caused by a bacterial infection such as Streptococcus pneumoniae or group A beta-hemolytic streptococcus, your eyes may become red and yellow pus may flow out a lot.

o One or both eyes may turn red for other reasons.

o In most cases, the cause of the redness of the eyes is not immediately clear.

o If your eyes become red because of that, it is best to first see a pediatrician or ophthalmologist for diagnosis and treatment.
