비장 기능 항진증으로 인한 호중구 감소증 Neutropenia due to splenic hyperfunction
- 비장 과대 형성이나 문맥 고혈압 등으로 비장이 비대 되고 그로 인해 비장 기능이 항진되어 호중구 감소증이 생길 수 있다.
- 때로는 혈소판도 감소되어 혈소판 감소증이 생기고 적혈구도 감소되어 빈혈도 생길 수 있다.
- 비장 절제수술로 치료할 수 있다.
- 비장이 비대 되게 한 원인되는 병을 근본적으로 치료해서 호중구 감소증을 치료할 수 있다.

Neutropenia due to splenic hyperfunction 비장 기능 항진증으로 인한 호중구 감소증
• An enlarged spleen or portal hypertension may lead to an enlarged spleen, which may lead to increased spleen function, resulting in neutropenia.
• Sometimes platelets are also reduced, resulting in thrombocytopenia and red blood cells, which can lead to anemia.
• Can be treated with splenectomy.
• Neutropenia can be cured by fundamentally treating the disease that caused the spleen to enlarge.
