봄철 각·결막염 Vernal keratoconjunctivitis

직경이 약 2mm, 달걀 모양, 하얀 구진 반점들이 양쪽 홍채의 가장자리에 여러 개 나 있을 수 있는 각·결막염을 봄철 각 결막염이라고 한다.
시력은 정상이고
5~20세 남아에게 주로 생기고
자연이 회복 될 수 있다.
눈이 화끈거리고 가렵고 눈물이 나고 햇볕에 눈이 보신다.
조약돌모양의 유두가 안검 결막에 생길 수 있다.
생리 식염수 안 점적약제, 국소 항히스타민 눈 점적약제. 비스테로이드 항염증제로 치료한다. 소스: N Engl J Med 2012; 366:647February 16, 2012

Vernal keratoconjunctivitis in spring 봄철 각·결막염

Keratoconjunctivitis is called springtime keratoconjunctivitis, which is about 2mm in diameter, egg-shaped, and there may be several white papule spots on the edges of both iris. vision is normal It occurs mainly in boys aged 5-20 years.
Nature can be restored.
My eyes are burning, itchy and tearful and my eyes are looking in the sun. Cobblestone-shaped papillae may develop on the eyelid conjunctiva.
Physiological saline eye drops, topical antihistamine eye drops.
