박쥐에 물린 상처(배트 바이트), Bat bites

거의 모든 박쥐는 광견병 바이러스를 보균하고 있다.
드물게 박쥐가 집안에 침입해서 잠자는 소아청소년을 물수 있다. 박쥐가 아이의 피부나 점막에 단순히 접촉됐는지, 실제로 아이를 물었는지 확실히 모를 수 있다.
박쥐가 침실에서 발견되고 박쥐를 잡을 수 있으면 박쥐가 광견병 바이러스를 보균하고 있는지, 광견병을 앓고 있는지, 광견병 바이러스를 보균하지 않았었는지 알아보기 위해 박쥐를 잡아 박쥐 뇌 생체조직 검사를 하고 그 조직 검사의 결과가 나올 때까지 광견병 예방접종 백신으로 광견병 예방접종을 받고 관찰 치료를 받는다.
이상 설명한 대로 응급 처치를 할 수 없으면 광견병 면역글로불린, 사람 광견병 백신을 물린 날, 물린 후 제 3, 7, 14일 그리고 28일되는 날 접종받는다. 물린 신체부위에 광견병 글로불린 주사를 주는 치료를 받는다(참조문헌 –제1권 소아청소년 응급의료 참조문헌과 출처-32).

Almost all bats carry the rabies virus.
Rarely, bats can invade the house and bite sleeping children.
You may not know for sure whether the bat simply touched your child’s skin or mucous membranes, or whether it has actually bitten the child.
If the bat is found in the bedroom and can catch the bat, catch the bat to see if it carries the rabies virus, whether it has rabies, or does not carry the rabies virus.
Receive rabies vaccination with the rabies vaccination until is released and receive observational treatment.
If emergency treatment is not possible as described above, the day of the bite of the rabies immunoglobulin and the human rabies vaccine, the 3rd, 7th, 14th and 28th day after the bite will be vaccinated.
Receive treatment by giving a rabies globulin injection to the body part of the bite (Reference: Vol. 1 Children’s and Adolescent Emergency Medical References and Sources-32).
