무릎 관절 반월판 손상(슬 관절 반월 판 부상) Knee joint meniscus injury (knee meniscus injury)

무릎 관절 속에 외측 반월판과 내측 반월판이 있다.
경골 상부 관절면에 결합된 반월형 섬유연골 판을 슬(무릎)관절 반월판(그림 271, 272 참조)이라 하고 슬관절 반월판이 운동 중 부상될 수 있다.
이런 부상을 슬관절 반월판 부상(Knee meniscus injury)이라고 한다.
슬관절 반월판에는 내측 반월판, 외측반월판이 있는데 내측 반월판이 더 쉽게 손상될 수 있다.
사춘기 전 소아들에게는 잘 생기지 않으나 사춘기 아이들에게는 가끔 생길 수 있다.
무릎에 힘을 주고 체중을 지탱한 상태로 앉아 있는 자세에서 무릎관절이 과도히 내회전 될 때 반월판 손상이 생길 수 있다.
무릎관절을 오므린 상태에서 아프고 그 상태에서 잘 펼 수가 없으며 무릎이 붓고 환부에 압통이 생긴다.
병력, 증상 징후, 검진을 종합해 그런 손상이 의심되면 무릎 MRI 검사와 관절 내시경으로 진단한다.
진단 검진상 McMurray maneuver가 유용하다.
고정 치료, 수술치료로 치료한다.

• There are lateral meniscus and medial meniscus in the knee joint.

• The meniscus fibrocartilage combined with the upper articular surface of the tibia is called the knee meniscus (see Figures 271 and 272), and the knee meniscus may be injured during exercise.

• This injury is called a knee meniscus injury.

• The knee meniscus has a medial meniscus and a lateral meniscus, which can be damaged more easily.

• It is less common in pre-pubertal children, but can occasionally occur in adolescents.

• When the knee joint is excessively internally rotated in a sitting position with the force on the knee and weight bearing, the meniscus can be damaged.

• The knee joint hurts when it is closed and cannot be fully extended in that state, and the knee swells and there is tenderness in the affected area.

• If such an injury is suspected based on the medical history, symptom signs, and examination, diagnosis is made by MRI of the knee and arthroscopy.

• The McMurray maneuver is useful for diagnostic tests.

• Treat with fixed treatment and surgical treatment.
