알레르기 반응으로 인해 목젖에 생긴 혈관부종을 목젖 혈관부종, 또는 퀸케병이라고 한다.

약물이나 다른 어떤 원인으로 인해 생길 수 있다.

목젖 혈관부종(퀸케병)의 증상 징후

목젖이 갑자기 큰 포도 알 크기 같이 둥글게 붓고 인두통도 있을 수 있다.
침이나 음식물을 삼키는 데도 어렵고 침을 흘리고 말하는데 지장이 생길 수 있고 호흡곤란이 생길 수 있다.

증상 징후, 진찰소견 등으로 진단한다.

목젖 혈관부종(퀸케병)의 치료

에피네프린, 항히스타민, 코르티코스테로이드제 등으로 응급 치료한다.

Uvular angioedema (Quincke’s disease) 목젖 혈관부종(퀸케병)

• Angioedema in the uvula due to an allergic reaction is called uvula angioedema, or Quinke disease. Causes of uvula angioedema (Quinke disease)

• It can be caused by drugs or some other cause. Symptoms signs of uvula angioedema (Quinke disease)

• The uvula suddenly swells into a round shape like the size of a large grain of grapes and may also have a sore throat.

• Difficulty swallowing or swallowing food, drooling and speaking may be difficult, and breathing difficulties may occur.

• Diagnosis is based on symptoms, symptoms, and examination findings. Treatment of uvula angioedema (Quinke disease)

• Emergency treatment with epinephrine, antihistamine, or corticosteroids.
