 목에 있는 림프절 비대와 림프절염 참조.

목에 살덩어리가 만져지거나 보이면 다음 병들과 감별 진단을 해야 합니다. 

  • 바이러스성 림프절염,
  • 박테리아성 림프절염,
  • 곰팡이균성 림프절염, 
  • 결핵균성 림프절염, 
  • 묘소병성 림프절염,
  • 림프종, 
  • 해면상 혈관종, 
  • 림프관종(Lymphangioma), 
  • 낭포성 활액종(Cystic hygroma), 
  • 갑상선 낭종, 
  • 갑상선 설관낭종, 
  • 외상,
  • 목에 난 양성 종양 또는 악성 종양 등을 의심해 보아야 한다. 
증상, 진단, 치료는 각 병에 따라 한다.

See enlarged lymph nodes in the neck and lymphadenitis. If you feel or see a lump of flesh on your neck, you should be diagnosed differently from the following diseases.

• viral lymphadenitis,

• bacterial lymphadenitis,

• fungal lymphadenitis,

• Mycobacterium tuberculosis lymphadenitis,

• Myelopathic lymphadenitis,

• lymphoma,

• cavernous hemangioma,

• Lymphangioma,

• Cystic hygroma,

• thyroid cyst,

• thyroid glandular cyst,

• credit,

• You should suspect a benign or malignant tumor in your neck.

Symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment should be performed according to each disease.
