목과 목 주위 림프절염 Lymphnoditis (Lymphadenitis) in the neck and around the neck

림프절이 있는 부위에 어떤 감염병이 생길 때 그 부위의 림프관에 연결 된 림프절이 커지거나 그 림프절에 염증이 생길 수 있다. 때로는 림프절이 있는 주위에 감염병이 없는데도 림프절에 염증이 생길 수 있다.

이 림프절염은 묘소병을 일으킨 세균 감염으로 생긴 것이다. 묘소병 이외, 결핵균 감염, A군 연구균 감염, 또는 Eb 바이러스 감염성 단핵구증을 일으키는 바이러스 감염 등으로 목 림프절염이 생길 수 있다.
A군 베타 용혈성 연쇄상구균 인두염이 있을 때 턱 바로 밑 목 부분이나 하악골 바로 밑 부위 있는 림프절이 부어 있을 수 있다.
알레르기 비염이 있는 아이들 또는 아토피성 체질이 있는 아이들의 아데노이드와 편도가 비대해지기도 하고 편도가 크며 목의 림프절도 커져 있을 수 있다.

When a certain infectious disease occurs in the area where the lymph node is, the lymph node connected to the lymphatic vessel in that area may enlarge or the lymph node may become inflamed.

In addition to graveyard disease, neck lymphadenitis can be caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection, group A research bacteria infection, or viral infection causing Eb virus-infectious mononucleosis.

In group A beta-hemolytic streptococcal pharyngitis, the lymph nodes in the area of the neck just below the chin or just below the mandible may be swollen.

In children with allergic rhinitis or atopic constitution, the adenoids and tonsils may be enlarged, the tonsils may be enlarged, and the lymph nodes in the neck may also be enlarged.
