만성 특발성 호중구 감소증 Chronic idiopathic neutropenia

  • 혈구 모세포(줄기세포)→골수 모 세포→전 골수 모 세포→중성 호성 백혈구 골수세포→중성 호성 백혈구 띠세포-중성 호성 백혈구(호중구/Neutrophil)가 생긴다.
  • 골수 호중구계 줄기 세포 등 주로 중성 호성 백혈구 골수세포계의 이상으로 골수에서 호중구(중성 호성 백혈구)가 정상적으로 형성되지 않아 호중구 수치가 감소되고 그로 인해서 생기는 증상 징후를 만성 특발성 호중구 감소증이라 한다. 
  • 일반적으로 적혈구와 혈소판의 줄기 세포는 이상 없고 단핵구와 호산구의 수치는 증가되는 경향이 있다. 
  • 호중구 수치의 감소의 정도에 따라 감염병에 걸릴 수도 있고 없을 수 있다. 
  • 특별한 치료 방법이 없다. 

Chronic idiopathic neutropenia 만성 특발성 호중구 감소증
 Hemocytoblasts (stem cells) → myeloid cells → whole myeloid cells → neutral neutrophils myeloid cells → neutral neutrophils band cells-neutral neutrophils (neutrophils) are formed.

Mainly neutral neutrophilic leukocytes such as bone marrow neutrophil stem cells Neutrophils (neutrophils) are not normally formed in the bone marrow due to an abnormality in the myeloid cell system, resulting in decreased neutrophil counts, and the resulting symptom is called chronic idiopathic neutropenia.
In general, there are no abnormalities in stem cells of red blood cells and platelets, and the levels of monocytes and eosinophils tend to increase.
Depending on the degree of reduction in neutrophil counts, you may or may not have an infectious disease.
There is no specific treatment method.
