로토르스 증후군으로 생긴 신생아 황달 Rotor’s syndrome

  • 이 병은 유전병의 일종이다.
  • 소변 색이 검고 간이 비대 되고 황달이 생긴다.
  • 간 기능 검사와 간 생체 조직 검사의 결과는 일반적으로 거의 정상이다.
  • 복통, 쇠약, 구미상실, 설사, 황달 등의 증상이 있을 수 있다.
  • 병력, 증상 징후, 진찰, 피검사와 간 생체 조직 검사 등으로 진단한다.
  • 특별한 치료방법은 없다.

Rotor’s syndrome

• This disease is a type of genetic disease.

• The color of urine is black, the liver is enlarged, and jaundice occurs.

• Results of liver function tests and liver biopsies are generally almost normal.

• There may be symptoms such as abdominal pain, weakness, loss of mouth, diarrhea, and jaundice.

• Diagnosis is based on medical history, symptom signs, examination, blood test and liver biopsy.

• There are no special treatment options.
