라이터 증후군 Reiter’s syndrome(Reiter’s disease)

  • 요도염, 관절염, 결막염 이 세 가지 염증이 동시에 생기는 증후군이다.
  • 원인은 확실히 모른다.
  • 그러나 클래미디아 감염이나 마이코플라스마 감염으로 생기는 감염병으로 추정된다.

라이터 증후군의 증상 징후

  • 이 병이 있을 때 요도염, 관절염, 결막염 등의 세 가지 염증이 동시에 생기고, 각 계통의 기관에 생긴 염증으로 인해서 증상 징후가 생길 수 있다.
  • 건선과 비슷한 피부염도 생길 수 있고,
  • 구강 점막에도 발진이 생길 수 있다.
  • 설사를 하는 경우도 있다.
  • 이 병은 20-40세 남성들에게 주로 생기지만,
  • 소아들에게도 가끔 생길 수 있다.

라이터 증후군의 진단

  • 병력·증상 징후·진찰소견을 종합해서 진단한다.

라이터 증후군의 치료

  • 아스피린, 스테로이드제 연고, 항생제 등으로 치료한다.

 

 

Reiter’s syndrome (Reiter’s disease) 라이터 증후군

• Urethritis, arthritis, and conjunctivitis are three types of inflammation at the same time.

• The cause is not clear.

• However, it is presumed to be an infectious disease caused by Chlamydia infection or Mycoplasma infection.

Symptoms signs of Reiter syndrome

• When you have this disease, three types of inflammation: urethritis, arthritis, and conjunctivitis occur at the same time, and symptoms may occur due to inflammation in the organs of each system.

• Psoriasis-like dermatitis can also develop,

• A rash may also develop on the oral mucosa.

• Sometimes you have diarrhea.

• This disease occurs mainly in men aged 20-40, but

• It can sometimes occur in children as well.

Diagnosis of Reiter syndrome

• Comprehensive diagnosis of medical history, symptoms, and examination findings.

Reiter syndrome treatment

• Treat with aspirin, steroid ointment, and antibiotics.
