등통(배부가 아플 때) Back pain

허리 위에 있는 등 부분, 허리에 있는 등 부분, 또는 허리 아래에 있는 등 부분이 아픈 것을 등통(Back pain), 또 배부 통증이라 한다.
등통은 성인들에게서 보는 흔한 증상 중 하나이다.
그렇지만 소아들에게서는 비교적 드문 증상이다.
소아들에게 생기는 등통은 등에 있는 근육에서 생기는 근육통 등 단순한 원인으로 생길 수도 있다.
또 중증도가 경미할 수 있고,
때로는 척추 종양 등 위중한 병으로 등통이 생길 수 있다.
드물게는 척추 골절 등 외상으로 등통이 생길 수 있다.
악성 종양 등 위중한 병이 있어도 등통의 중증도가 아주 경미할 수 있다.
소아들에게 등통이 생기면 가능한 한 조기에 의사의 진단 치료를 받는 것이 좋다.

등통(배부가 아플 때)의 원인

소아들의 등통의 원인은 성인들의 등통의 원인과 다른 점이 많다.
소아들의 등통의 50%는 기질적 질병으로 생긴다.
소아들의 등통의 50~63%에서 원인을 찾을 수 없고
18% 정도는 위중한 병으로 생길 수 있다.
사춘기 아이들의 10~30%가 등통을 경험한다.

소아들의 등통의 원인을 열거하면.

1. 몸의 자세

2. 근육 긴장과 경축

3. 척추 디스크 이탈(원판 이탈

4. 척추 골절

5. 척추 분리증이나 척추 탈위증(척추 전방 전위증)

6. 쇼이에르만 병(Scheuermann’s kyphosis)

7. 척주 측만증

8. 척추 디스크(원판) 석회화증

9. 척추 디스크염(원판염/Discitis)

10. 척추 골수염

11. 천골 장골 관절염

12. 연소성 류마토이드 관절염

13. 척추 양성 종양 또는 척추 악성 종양

14. 원발성 척수 종양

15. 척수액 천자 후에 생길 수 있는 등통

16. 연소성 골다공증

17. 척추 스트레스 골절

18. 건선 관절염

19. 리터 증후군

20. 척수 경막외 농양

21. 정신적 요인

22. 복강 내 질병-종양, 맹장염, 췌장염, 신장염, 요석증,

23. 폐렴,

24. 백혈병 등으로 등통이 생길 수 있다.

진단, 치료는 원인에 따라 한다.

Back pain (when the stomach hurts) 등통(배부가 아플 때)

• Pain in the upper back, the lower back, or the lower back is called back pain or back pain. • Back pain is a common symptom seen in adults.

• However, it is relatively rare in children.

• Back pain in children may have a simple cause, such as muscle pain in the muscles in the back.

• It can also be mild,

• Sometimes a serious illness, such as a spinal tumor, can cause back pain.

• Rarely, back pain can be caused by trauma, such as a vertebral fracture.

• Even with serious diseases such as malignant tumors, the severity of back pain can be very mild.

• If children develop back pain, it is best to seek medical attention as early as possible.

Causes of back pain (when your stomach hurts)

• The causes of back pain in children are different from those in adults.

• 50% of back pain in children is caused by organic diseases.

• There is no known cause in 50-63% of back pain in children.

• About 18% can result from serious illness.

• 10-30% of adolescents experience back pain.

5. Spondylolysis or spondylolisthesis (spondylolisthesis)

6. Scheuermann’s kyphosis

9. Spinal Discitis (Discitis)

10. Spinal Osteomyelitis

11. Sacral iliac Arthritis

12. Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis

13. Spinal benign tumors or spinal malignant tumors

14. Primary Spinal Cord Tumors

15. Back Pain After a Spinal Fluid Puncture

16. Juvenile Osteoporosis

17. Spinal Stress Fractures

18. Psoriatic Arthritis

19. Ritter Syndrome

20. Spinal Cord Epidural Abscess

21. Mental Factors

22. Diseases of the abdominal cavity – tumors, appendicitis, pancreatitis, nephritis, urolithiasis,

23. Pneumonia,

24. Leukemia can cause back pain.

Diagnosis and treatment depend on the cause.
