달리기 스포츠로 인한 정강이 통증(정강이 스플린트) Shin splints(Medial tibial stress syndrome)in running sports

경골(정강뼈) 골막에 염증이 생기는 병이다.

달리기 운동을 할 때 생길 수 있다.
특히 딱딱한 길로 달릴 때, 급경사 길을 오르고 내려 달일 때, 보통 때보다 갑자기 몇 마일 더 달릴 때, 편평족으로 달릴 때, 부적절한 운동화를 신고 달일 때 정강이 통증이 더 잘생길 수 있다.
정강뼈(경골)의 중간 내측에 더 잘 생길 수 있다.
처음에는 달리기를 하는 중 생길 수 있다.
심하면 달리기를 다 끝낸 후 생길 수 있다.
내측 정강뼈(경골) 부위에 압통이 생기고 때로는 피로 골절과 감별 진단하기가 어렵다.
병력, 증상 징후, 검진 등으로 진단한다.
레스트(안정), 얼음찜질, 마사지, 스트레칭, 물리 치료로 치료한다.
발에 있는 원래 문제를 치료한다.

Shin splints(Medial tibial stress syndrome)in running sports

It is an inflammation of the periosteum of the tibia (tibia).

It can happen while running. In particular, shin pain may be more pronounced when running on hard roads, climbing up and down steep inclines, running a few miles more than usual, running flatfoot, or wearing inappropriate sneakers.

It is more likely to occur on the medial side of the tibia (tibia).

It may initially occur while running.

In severe cases, it can occur after you have finished running. Tenderness occurs in the medial tibia (tibia) region, and it is sometimes difficult to differentiate it from a stress fracture.

Diagnosis is based on medical history, symptoms, and examination.

It is treated with rest (stability), ice packs, massage, stretching, and physical therapy. Treat the original problem in the foot.
