달리기 스포츠로 인한 장골경골 인대 증후군 Iliotibial band syndrome in running sports

장골경골인대가 대퇴골 외칙과(Femoral lateral condyle)에 마찰될 때나 대퇴골 대전자에 마찰될 때 근막에 염증이 생기고 아픈 손상을 장골경골 인대 증후군이라 한다.
이 증후군이 있으면 무릎 외측부에 통증을 호소한다.
장거리를 달리거나 경사가 많이 진 길에서 달일 때 생길 수 있고 단거리 달리기를 할 때도 생길 수 있다. 병력, 검진, 증상 등으로 진단한다. 레스트(안정), 스트레칭, 진통제 등으로 치료한다. 마사지, 물리치료로도 치료할 수 있다.
때로는 스테로이드 등 항염증제로도 치료하고 스트랩으로 치료도 한다.

Iliotibial bands due to iliac tibial ligament syndrome due to running sports 달리기 스포츠로 인한 장골경골 인대 증후군

When the iliac tibial ligament rubs against the femoral lateral condyle or rubs against the greater trochanter of the femur, the fascia becomes inflamed and painful damage is called iliac tibial ligament syndrome. If you have this syndrome, you will complain of pain on the outside of the knee.

It can occur when running long distances or when running on steep slopes, or when running sprints. Diagnosis is based on medical history, examination, and symptoms. It is treated with rest (stability), stretching, and pain relievers.

It can also be treated with massage and physical therapy. Sometimes it is treated with anti-inflammatory drugs such as steroids, and sometimes with straps.
