달리기 스포츠로 인한 손상(부상) Running sport injuries

육체적 운동은 적절히 하면 건강에 좋다는 것을 잘 안다.
그러나 어떤 육체적 운동을 어느 정도로 어떻게 해야 건강에 가장 좋은지는 확실히 알기 어렵다. 육체적 운동을 하다 육체적 손상이 다소 생길 수 있다는 것도 잘 안다. 그러나 달리기 스포츠를 할 때 어떤 손상이 신체의 어느 부위에 어떻게 생기고 어떻게 처치해야 가장 좋은지 잘 아는 사람들은 흔치 않다.
달리기 스포츠를 하는 아이들 중 약 25%에게 의사의 진단 치료를 요하는 육체적 손상이 생긴다.
특히 사춘기 아이들은 신체를 과도사용(Overuse)할 때 신체 손상이 생길 수 있다. 그래서 신체를 과도사용해 생기는 병군을 과도사용 증후군이라고 한다.
운동을 할 때

- 신체를 부적절히 사용,
- 운동기술(기교)부족하게 신체사용,
- 레스트(안정) 없이 신체를 남용하는 것을 과도사용이라 한다.

특히 달리기 운동을 하는 소아들의 하지 등에 생길 수 있는 과도사용 육체적 손상에 대해 다음에 알아본다.
달리기로 Plantar Fasciitis, IT Band Syndrome , Achilles Tendinitis, ‎. Runner’s Knee 등 부상이 이 생길 수 있다.

• We know that physical exercise is good for health if done properly.

However, it is difficult to know for sure which type of physical exercise is best for health, to what extent. We also know that physical exercise can cause some physical damage. However, in running sports, few people know exactly what injuries occur in which parts of the body, how, and how best to treat them.

• About 25% of children who play running sports develop a physical injury that requires medical attention. • In particular, adolescents can be damaged when they overuse their bodies. Therefore, the group of diseases caused by overuse of the body is called overuse syndrome.

When physical exercising

o Improper use of the body;

o Use of the body poorly in motor skills (fines);

o Abuse of the body without rest is called overuse.

• Find out below about overuse physical damage that can occur to the lower extremities, especially in children who engage in running sports.

• Plantar Fasciitis, IT Band Syndrome , Achilles Tendinitis, ‎ by running. Injuries such as the Runner’s Knee may occur.
