달리기 스포츠로 인한 박리 골절 Avulsion fractures in running sports

과도하게 달리기 운동을 할 때 건의 일부가 골부에서 떨어져 생기는 손상을 박리골절이라고 한다. 아이들에게 더 흔히 생길 수 있다. 좌골 조면(Pelvic ischial tuberosity), 전하 장골 극(Anterior inferior iliac spine), 경골 조면 등에도 생길 수 있다. 박리 골절이 생긴 부위가 갑자기 아프다.
병력, 증상 징후, 검진 소견, X선 검사로 진단한다. 6~10주 간 레스트(안정)하고 목발을 이용해서 걸을 수 있다. 경골 조면에 생긴 박리 골절은 석고붕대로도 치료한다. 드물게 수술 치료를 한다.

Avulsion fractures in running sports 달리기 스포츠로 인한 박리 골절

When a part of the tendon detaches from the bone during excessive running,
it is called a dissection fracture. It may be more common in children.
Pelvic ischial tuberosity, anterior inferior iliac spine, and tibial tuberosity may also occur. Sudden pain at the site of the dissection fracture.
Diagnosis is made by medical history, symptom signs, examination findings, and X-ray examination.
Rest (stable) for 6-10 weeks and walk using crutches.
Dissection fractures in the tibial tuberosity are also treated with a plaster bandage. Rarely, surgery is performed.
