달리기 스포츠로 인한 내측 경골 스트레스 증후군 Medial tibial stress syndrome in running sports

이 병을 경골 스플린트(Tibial splints)라고 부르기도 한다.

육체적 운동을 많이 하는 사춘기 아이들에게 흔히 볼 수 있는 다리 스포츠 병의 하나이다.
나이에 적절하지 않은 육체적 운동을 하거나, 너무 많이 심하게 육체적 운동을 하거나 자주 할 때 이 병이 생길 수 있고 발의 구조에 이상이 있을 때, 운동 중 신발이 찢어지거나, 부적절한 신발을 신거나, 준비운동을 적절히 하지 않고 본 운동을 심하게 바로 할 때 생길 수 있다.

내측 경골 스트레스 증후군의 증상 징후

증상 징후의 정도가 다양하다.
경미할 때는 이 병이 생긴 정강이 내 후측 부위가 붓고 아프고 압통이 생긴다.

내측 경골 스트레스 증후군의 진단

심하게 운동을 한 사실, 병력 증상 징후 진찰소견 등을 종합해서 진단한다.
스트레스 골절, 그 외 다른 병들과 감별 진단한다.

내측 경골 스트레스 증후군의 치료

아이부프로펜 등 진통 소염제로 치료한다.
육체적 휴식, 치료 상 마사지와 운동 등으로 치료하고
발 이상 등으로 생겼으면 그 이상을 적절히 치료한다.

• This condition is also called tibial splints.

• It is one of the most common leg sports disease among adolescents who do a lot of physical exercise.

• You can get this disease when you do physical exercise that is not appropriate for your age, or when you exercise too much or too often, when there is an abnormality in the structure of the foot, when your shoes are torn during exercise, wearing inappropriate shoes, or warm-up It can occur when you do this exercise severely without proper exercise.

Symptoms, signs of Medial Tibial Stress Syndrome

• Symptoms vary in severity. • In mild cases, the posterior part of the affected shin is swollen, painful, and tender.

Diagnosis of medial tibial stress syndrome

• Diagnosis is made by combining the facts of intense exercise, history, symptoms, signs, and examination findings.

• Differential diagnosis from stress fractures and other diseases.

Treatment of medial tibial stress syndrome

• Treat with pain relievers such as ibuprofen.

• Physical relaxation, therapeutic massage and exercise

• If it is caused by an abnormality such as a foot, treat the abnormality appropriately.
