니코틴 중독, Nicotine poisoning

 

원인

씹는 담배니코틴 검니코틴 패취파이프 담배니코틴이 든 살충제담배 잎액체 니코틴, E 담배액체 니코틴 리필 등을 과다 섭취하면 니코틴에 중독될 수 있다최근 액체 니코틴 리필을 소아들이 가고로 흡스 해 중독 된 경우도 있다.

증상 징후

구기구토창백고혈압빈맥서맥실조증수전증두통현기근섬유다발수축저혈압저혈압중추신경 우울증혼수호흡기 부전증경련 등이 생길 수 있다.

진단

병력 증상 징후 진찰 소견을 참조해 이 병을 의심하면 혈중 니코틴 농도 측정을 해 진단 한다.

치료

탄말 위장 투입지지치료경련치료아트로핀인공 호흡기치료투석치료 등으로 치료한다.

예방

씹는 담배니코틴 검니코틴 패취파이프 담배니코틴이 든 살충제담배 잎액체 니코틴, E 담배 액체 니코틴 리필로 니코틴 중독이 될 수 있다는 경고를 더 강조하고 니코틴이 든 상품을 소아들이 섭취하지 못하게 더 단단하게 포장 하도록 법으로 정하라고 미 소아과 학회는 CDC에 제청했다.

Nicotine poisoning

cause

  • Tobacco, nicotine gum, nicotine patches, pipe tobacco, pesticides containing nicotine, tobacco leaves, liquid nicotine, E cigarette liquid nicotine refills, etc., can lead to nicotine poisoning.
  • In recent years, children have been addicted to liquid nicotine refills.

Symptoms, signs

  • Nausea, vomiting, paleness, sweat, high blood pressure, tachycardia, bradycardia, ataxia, tremors, headache, dizziness, muscle fiber bundle contraction, hypotension, central nervous system depression, coma, respiratory failure, convulsions, etc. may occur.

Diagnosis

  • If you suspect this disease by referring to the medical history, symptoms, signs, and examination findings, diagnose it by measuring the nicotine level in the blood.

Treatments

  • It is treated with an activated charcoal gastric installation, supportive treatment, convulsion treatment, atropine, artificial respiratory treatment, and dialysis treatment.

Prevention

  • Chewing tobacco, nicotine gum, nicotine patches, pipe tobacco, nicotine-containing pesticides, tobacco leaves, liquid nicotine, E-cigarette liquid nicotine refills further emphasize warnings that nicotine poisoning may result and prevent children from consuming products containing nicotine
