눈꺼풀 열상(안검 열상) Eyelid laceration (Palpebral laceration)

사고로 눈꺼풀이 찢어지거나 베인 상처를 눈꺼풀 열상이라고 한다.
눈꺼풀의 가장자리까지 찢어지지 않은 눈꺼풀 열상이나, 열상의 정도가 아주 작을 때는 의사의 지시하에 베타다인 살균액제로 멸균치료하고, 네오스포린 항생제 안연고 등을 바르고 관찰하면 는 잘 낫는다.
눈꺼풀 열상이 크거나 눈꺼풀 가장자리까지 크게 찢어졌거나 열상이 작지만 어떻게 치료할지 잘 모르면, 열상을 거즈로 덮고 병원 응급실이나 안과나 또는 단골 소아청소년과로 속히 이송한다.
필요에 따라 파상풍 예방접종을 받는다.

Eyelid laceration (Palpebral laceration) 눈꺼풀 열상(안검 열상)

• An accidental tear or cut on the eyelid is called an eyelid laceration.

• If the eyelid laceration is not torn to the edge of the eyelid or the degree of laceration is very small, sterilize it with betadyne antiseptic solution under the direction of a doctor, apply Neosporin antibiotic eye ointment, etc., and observe it.

• If your eyelid laceration is large, torn to the edge of your eyelid, or if the laceration is small but you do not know how to treat it, cover the laceration with gauze and immediately transport the laceration to the hospital emergency room, ophthalmology or regular pediatric department.

• Get a tetanus vaccine as needed.
