누선염 (눈물샘염) Dacroadenitis – 제1권. 소아청소년 응급의료

누선(누선샘/눈물샘)에 생긴 염증을 눈물샘염 또는 누선염이라 한다.
소아들에게는 드물게 생긴다.
유행선 이하선염, 외상, 결핵균 감염, 임질균 감염으로 생길 수 있다.
미쿨리치 증후군이 있을 때 침샘비대, 누선 비대 등이 생기고 누선염도 생길 수 있다.
원인에 따라 진단 치료한다.
기쁘거나 슬플 때 눈물이 글썽글썽할 때, 처음 얼마 동안은 눈물샘에서 보통 때보다 눈물이 좀 더 분비된다. 그 중 소량의 눈물이 안구를 적시고 나머지 눈물은 비루관을 통과해서 비강 속으로 흘러 들어간다.
