뇌 좌상 Brain contusion

  • 두부에 심한 강타를 받아 뇌 실질에 생긴 좌상을 뇌 좌상이라고 한다. 뇌 좌상을 입은 뇌 부위에 있는 혈관이 손상될 수 있고 그로 인해 그 국소에 뇌출혈이 생길 수 있다.
  • 의식을 잃을 수 있고 신체 기능장애가 일시적으로 생길 수 있다.
  • 호흡 장애, 심장박동 이상이 생길 수 있고 한쪽 동공이 비정상으로 확대될 수 있다.
  • 심한 뇌 좌상이 있을 때는 한쪽 사지마비, 양쪽 사지마비, 또는 상하 사지 마비가 생길 수 있고 의식이 오랫동안 상실될 수 있다.
  • 때에 따라 뇌가 붓고 그로 인해 의식이 심하게 상실될 수 있다.
  • 뇌진탕이 의심되면 119 의료구급대나 단골 소아청소년과의 지시에 따라 병원 응급실로 급히 후송해야 한다.
  • 필요 따라 생명 유지 기본 심폐 소생술을 현장에서 시작해야 한다.
