두부에 심한 외상을 입었을 때 두개골 골절이 생길 수 있고 그 두개골 골절과 뇌 절상이 동시 생길 수도 있다.
두부 총상이나 그 외 다른 두부 외상으로 뇌의 일부에 뇌 관통상 및 절상이 생길 수 있다. 이런 종류의 뇌 손상은 아주 심한 두부 외상의 일종이다.
두부 외 출혈은 될 수 있으면 우선 지혈시키고 생명 유지 기초 심폐 소생술을 현장에서 시작 하면서 단골 소아청소년과, 의료구급대, 또는 병원 응급실에 전화로 연락하고 그들의 지시에 따라 급히 종합병원 응급실로 후송한다.

• When a severe head trauma occurs, a skull fracture may occur, and the skull fracture and a brain cut may occur at the same time.

• Head gunshot wounds or other head trauma can lead to cerebral penetrating injuries and cuts in parts of the brain. This type of brain injury is a very severe head trauma.

• Hemostasis of extrahead bleeding if possible first, starting life-sustaining basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation on-site, contacting the regular pediatrics, medical paramedics, or hospital emergency room by phone, and urgently evacuating them to the hospital emergency room according to their instructions.
