- 심한 두부 외상을 입었을 때 두개골이 골절될 수 있고 두개골 골절과 뇌 절상이 동시 생길 수도 있다.
- 총상이나 그 외 다른 뇌 외상으로 뇌의 일부에 관통상 및 절상 등을 입을 수 있다. 이런 종류의 뇌 손상은 아주 심한 두부 외상의 일종이다.
- 두피에 생긴 외출혈을 가능한 한 지혈시킨다.
- 필요에 따라 기본 생명 유지 기본 심폐 소생술 처치법을 하면서 단골 소아청소년과, 119 구급 대, 또는 병원 응급실의 지시에 따라 급히 병원으로 이송한다.

- The skull may be fractured in severe head trauma, and both skull fractures and brain cuts may occur.
- Gunshot or other brain trauma can lead to penetrating and cuts in parts of the brain.
- This type of brain injury is very severe head trauma.
- Stop bleeding on the scalp as much as possible.
- If necessary, basic life-sustaining basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation is performed, and urgently transferred to the hospital according to the instructions of the regular pediatric and adolescent department, the 119 emergency department, or the hospital emergency room.
