급성 화농성 갑상선염의 원인

  • 화농성 박테리아 감염이 갑상선에 급성으로 생겨 갑상선 감염병이 생길 때 급성 화농성 갑상선염이라 한다. 
  • 구강 점막층과 인두 점막층에서 상존하는 박테리아에 갑상선이 감염되어 이 병이 생길 때가 많다. 

급성 화농성 갑상선염의 증상 징후

  • 성별에 관계없이 소아들에게 생길 수 있다. 
  • 바른 쪽 갑상선보다 왼 쪽 갑상선에 더 잘 생긴다. 
  • 감염병이 생긴 갑상선이 붓고 만지면 아프고 열이 난다. 
  • 재발성이 있다. 

급성 화농성 갑상선염의 진단 

  • 병력 증상 징후 진찰 등을 종합해서 이 병이 의심되면 주사 바늘로 곪은 갑상선에서 피고름을 빼 그 피검물용 고름으로 그람염색 현미경 세균 감사와 세균배양검사 등을 해 진단할 수 있다. 
  • 갑상선 기능검사, 바륨 인두 식도 X-선 사진 검사 등으로 진단한다. 
  • 갑상선염이 있을 때는 혀와 갑상선 사이에 누관(루)이 선천성으로 생겨 있을 가능성이 있다. 

급성 화농성 갑상선염의 치료

  • 항생제 치료와 수술 치료를 한다.

Causes of acute purulent thyroiditis

• When a purulent bacterial infection is acute in the thyroid gland and a thyroid infection occurs, it is called acute purulent thyroiditis.

• The thyroid gland is often infected with bacteria present in the oral mucosa and pharyngeal mucosa, leading to this disease.

Symptoms, signs of acute purulent thyroiditis

• It can occur in children of any gender.

• It is more prone to the left thyroid gland than the right thyroid gland.

• The infectious thyroid gland is swollen and painful to the touch and a fever.

• There is a recurrence.

Diagnosis of acute purulent thyroiditis

• If this disease is suspected by taking the medical history, symptoms, symptoms, examination, etc., it can be diagnosed by removing the blood pus from the festered thyroid gland with a needle and performing a Gram-stained microscopic bacterial inspection and bacterial culture test with the pus for the specimen.

• Diagnosis by thyroid function test, barium pharyngeal esophagus X-ray examination, etc.

• If you have thyroiditis, there is a possibility that a fistula (fistula) between the tongue and thyroid gland is congenital.

Treatment of acute purulent thyroiditis

• Antibiotic treatment and surgical treatment.
