글루쿠로닐 전이효소 억제로 생긴 신생아 황달 Neonatal jaundice due to glucocuronyl transferase inhibition

이 병은 유전병이다.
글루쿠로닐 전이 효소(Glucocuronyl transferase) 억제 호르몬 이상이 생길 때 신생아에게 황달이 생긴다.
혈 중 간접형 빌리루빈의 농도가 증가되고 신생아에게 황달이 심하게 생길 수 있다.
그 효소 이상은 생후 2주 내에 없어지는 것이 보통이다.
병력, 증상 징후, 진찰, 피검사 등으로 진단하고 빌리 광선치료로 치료한다.

• This disease is a hereditary disease.

• Newborns develop jaundice when an abnormality in the glucocuronyl transferase inhibitory hormone occurs.

• The concentration of indirect bilirubin in the blood is increased and jaundice may develop in newborns.

• The enzyme abnormalities usually go away within 2 weeks of life.

• Diagnosis based on medical history, symptoms, medical examination, blood test, etc., and treated with Billy phototherapy.
