근육 골격 통증 Musculoskeletal pain

신체의 근육이나 골격에 생기는 통증을 근육 골격 통증이라 한다.
근육 골격 통증이 생기는 원인은 아주 많다.
흔히 볼 수 있는 근육 골격 통증의 원인의 대부분은 다음과 같다.
- 과다 운동,
- 염좌(지지 인대의 섬유의 일부가 파괴됐으나 인대의 연속성은 보존되어 있는 관절 손상),
- 골절,
- 과다사용 증후군,
- 좌상,
- 통증 경련과 부종을 동반하는 근육 골격 손상,
- 류마티스 열 또는 연소성 류마토이드 관절염,
- 근육 골격 감염병,
- 혈액 질환,
근육, 골격과 신경계에 생긴 종양,
원발성 척수 종양,
골육종 또는 유잉 종양(Ewing sarcoma) 등 원발성 골격 종양,
백혈병,
신경아종,
이차 척추 종양 등으로 인해 근육 골격 통증이 생길 수 있다.
그 중에서 운동으로 인해 생긴 과다 운동, 염좌, 좌상, 근육 골격 손상이나 과다 사용 증후군이나 전신 감염병 등으로 인해 근육 골격 통증이 소아청소년들에게 가장 흔히 생긴다.
증상 징후는 그 원인에 따라 다르다.
진단 치료도 그 원인에 따라 다르다.
악성 종양들은 흔하지는 않지만 소아들에게 근육 골격 통증을 일으킬 수 있는 원인이 될 수 있다

Musculoskeletal pain 근육 골격 통증

• Pain that occurs in the muscles or bones of the body is called musculoskeletal pain.

• There are many causes of musculoskeletal pain.

The most common causes of musculoskeletal pain are as follows.

o hyperactivity,

o Sprains (joint damage in which some of the fibers of the supporting ligament are destroyed but the continuity of the ligament is preserved);

o fractures,

o Overuse syndrome;

o contusion

o Musculoskeletal damage with pain spasms and swelling;

o rheumatoid fever or juvenile rheumatoid arthritis;

o Musculoskeletal infectious diseases; o blood disorders;

• Tumors in the muscles, skeletal and nervous systems;

• primary spinal cord tumors; • primary skeletal tumors, such as osteosarcoma or Ewing sarcoma;

• leukemia,

• Neuroblastoma;

• Musculoskeletal pain may be caused by secondary spinal tumors,

etc.

• Among them, musculoskeletal pain is the most common in children and adolescents due to excessive exercise, sprains, strains, musculoskeletal damage, overuse syndrome, or systemic infectious diseases caused by exercise.

Symptoms Signs vary depending on the cause.

Diagnosis treatment also depends on the cause.

• Malignant tumors are uncommon but can cause musculoskeletal pain in children
