귀두염과 귀두 포피염 Balanitis and Balanoposthitis

사진 2-31. □ 내에 있는 피부를 포피라 하고, 거기에 생긴 피부염을 포피염이라 한다.

포피로 싸여진 자지의 끝 부분을 귀두라 하고, 귀두에 생긴 염증을 귀두염이라 한다.
때로는 귀두에만 염증이 생기지 않고 포피 감염병이 동시에 생길 수 있다.
귀두와 포피에 염증이 동시에 생기는 병을 귀두 포피염(Balanoposthitis)이라 한다.

귀두염의 원인

접촉성 피부염, 심한 수음, 세균 감염, 외상, 성병, 소아 성학대 또는 요도염 합병증 등이 원인이 될 수 있다

귀두염의 증상 징후

귀두가 붓고 발적되어 있고, 소양감이 생기고, 진물이나 고름이 날 수 있다.
드물게는 외 요도구가 좁아지고, 소변을 보는 데 지장이 생길 수 있다.

귀두염의 진단

증상 징후 진찰 등을 종합해서 진단한다.

귀두염의 치료

원인에 따라 치료한다.

• The tip of the cock wrapped in the foreskin is called the glans, and the inflammation in the glans is called balanitis.

• Sometimes, only the glans is not inflamed and a foreskin infection can develop at the same time.

• A disease in which the glans and the foreskin are inflamed at the same time is called balanoposthitis. Causes of balanitis

• Contact dermatitis, severe masturbation, bacterial infection, trauma, sexually transmitted diseases, pediatric sexual abuse or complications of urethritis may be the cause. Symptoms signs of balanitis

• The glans may be swollen and red, itchy, swelling or pus may occur.

• Rarely, the external urethra narrows and it can cause difficulty urinating. Diagnosis of balanitis

• Comprehensive diagnosis, such as examination of symptoms and signs.

Treatment of balanitis

• Treat according to the cause.
