구진양 자반성 장갑 양말 증후군 Papular-purpuric gloves and socks syndrome

B형 간염바이러스, 사이토메갈로바이러스, 홍역바이러스, 콕삭키바이러스 또는 팔보바이러스 B19 등 감염으로 생길 수 있다.
사춘기 아이들이나 청년들에게 생길 수 있다.
장갑을 끼는 손 부위와 양말을 신은 발 부위에 제한 되 홍반성 구진, 점상 출혈 피부 반점, 피부 부종 등이 생기는 증후군이다.
두통, 열, 권태감 등의 증상이 동반될 수 있다.
병력, 증상, 진찰소견 등을 종합해서 진단한다.
대증치료를 한다.

Papular-purpuric gloves and socks syndrome 구진양 자반성 장갑 양말 증후군

It can be caused by infection such as hepatitis B virus, cytomegalovirus, measles virus, coxsackie virus or falvovirus B19. It can occur in adolescents or young adults.

It is a syndrome in which papules erythematosus, petechiae, and skin edema are limited to the gloved hand area and the socksed foot area.

Symptoms such as headache, fever, and malaise may be accompanied.

Diagnosis is based on the medical history, symptoms, and examination findings. treat symptomatically.
