구순염은 피부계 식품 알레르기 질환의 일종일수 있다

입술이 과민하고 화끈거리며 과도히 건조하고 입술 점막 피부가 트고 거기에 낙설이 생기는 등의 증상 징후를 동반하는 입술 피부병을 입술염 또는 구순염이라고 한다.
증상 징후의 정도에 차이가 많다. 구순염은 아이들에게 흔히 생긴다.

구순염의 원인

알레르기를 유발시키는 음식물을 먹거나
알레르기를 유발시키는 음식물이 입술에 접촉될 때
입술이 노리개 젖꼭지, 숟가락, 지우개나 장난감 등에 입술이 접촉되어 피부염이 생길 때

햇볕이나 찬 공기에 많이 노출될 때
입술을 자주 빨거나 침을 흘릴 때
알레르기 비염 등으로 코가 막혀 입으로 숨을 주로 쉴 때
아토피 피부염이나 지루성 피부염이 있을 때
열이 날 때
구각에 침을 많이 흘리고 거기에 캔디 다 감염이 생기어 그로 인해 캔디다 구순염이 생길 때

구순염의 진단

증상 징후와 병력 진찰소견을 종합해서 진단한다.
때로는 세균 검사로 진단한다.

구순염의 치료

구순염을 일으킨 원인에 따라 치료한다.
아토피 피부염으로 생겼으면 코르티코스테로이드제 연고나 크림을 발라 치료할 수 있고,
입술이 건조하면 바세린 연고를 발라 보습시키고, 캔디다 구순염은 Mycostatin 연고 등 항 곰팡이 연고를 발라 치료한다.
