관장 약(에네마) Enema drugs(Enema)

사진 67. 어떤 병을 치료할 때 항문 속이나 직장 속에 주입할 수 있는 액체형태의 약을 통 털어 관장약(관장액)이라 한다.

관장약은 액체형태의 약물이다.
관장약을 직장관 속에 넣으면 소장 대장관 연동이 항진되고 소대장관 속에 있는 변비 변이 강제로 배변된다.
때로는 관장하면 배가 아플 수 있다.

Enema drugs (Enema)

An enema is a drug in liquid form. When an enema drug is put into the rectal tube, the small intestine and large intestine peristalsis are enhanced, and the constipation stool in the small intestine is forced to defecate. Sometimes an enema can make your stomach hurt.
