골절 종류 Classification of fractures

골절된 뼈의 부위, 골절의 종류·원인·합병증·치료 등에 관한 일반적 문제

1. 그림으로 보는 골절 종류

그림 241. 그림 2~4와 같이 골절의 정도에 따라 다음과 같이 골절을 나눌 수 있다.

골절이 된 뼈의 종류에 따라

- 두개골 골절([부모도 반의사가 되어야 한다-소아가정간호백과]-제 1권 소아청소년 응급의료 참조),
- 쇄골 골절,
- 요골 골절,
- 비골 골절 등으로 골절을 분류할 수 있다(사진 188, 189, 190, 194 쇄골 골절 참조).

2. 골절의 수에 따라 골절을 분절성 골절과 분쇄 골절로 분류한다.

3. 골절면의 방향에 따라 골절 분류

1 ◯-횡행골절(Tranverse fracture),

2 ◯-사행골절(Oblique fracture),

3 ◯-나선 골절(Spiral fracture),

4 □-종행골절(Longitudinal fracture) 분류한다.

종 골절(종행 골절/Longitudinal fracture)	장골의 축에 평행되게 생긴 골절
횡 골절(횡행골절/Tranverse fracture)	장골의 축에 횡으로 생긴 골절
사 골절(사행골절/Oblique fracture)	장골의 축에 비스듬하게(경사지게) 생긴 골절
나선 골절(Spiral fracture)	장골의 축에 나선상으로 생긴 골절
감입골절(Impacted fracture)	골단이 분쇄되면서 골절선을 분간할 수 없는 골절
분쇄골절(Comminunted fracture)	골절된 뼈 조각이 2 개 이상 있는 골절
활 같이 부러진 골절(Bowing fracture)	뼈가 활 같이 구부러져 골절이 생겼으나 눈에 뛰는 금이 가지 않은 골절
불완전 굴곡 골절(부전골절), 생나무 골절(약목 골절) (Greenstick fracture)	뼈의 한쪽이 골절되고 다른 쪽은 활 같이 구부러진 부전 골절
팽륜 골절(Torus fracture)	뼈가 부러지기보다 비틀리는 골절

Classification of fractures 골절 종류

Common problems related to the fractured bone part, the type, cause, complications, and treatment of the fracture

1. Types of fractures in pictures

Figure 241. As shown in Figures 2~4, fractures can be classified according to the degree of fracture as follows.

• Figure 1 – Normal Bone

• Figure 2 – Incontinence Fracture on One Side of the Bone-Linear Fracture

• Figure 3 – Intercranial Fracture-Linear Fracture from One Side of the Bone to the Opposite Side (See Photo 201)

• Figure 4 – Fracture in which the tip of a fractured bone pierces or cuts the surrounding soft tissues such as nerves, blood vessels, and muscles and protrudes out of the skin through the skin layer – Open Fracture (開放骨折)

• Fractures are sometimes classified as fig. 5-advancing fractures (see photo 242). • A broken fracture is called a compound fracture (Picture 242).

• Depending on the type of bone fractured

• o Skull fractures www.drleepediatrics.com – Refer to Volume 1 Emergency Medical Care for Children and Adolescents),

o clavicle fractures, o Radial fractures; o Fractures can be classified as fibula fractures (see photos 188, 189, 190, 194 clavicle fractures).

2. According to the number of fractures, fractures are classified into segmental fractures and comminuted fractures.

3. Classification of fractures according to the direction of the fracture plane Photo 243. Depending on the direction of the fracture

1 ◯-Transverse fracture,

2 ◯-oblique fracture,

3 ◯-Spiral fracture,

4 □-Longitudinal fracture is classified.

Oblique fracture	Fractures that occur at an angle to the axis of the long bones
Spiral fracture	Fractures spirally in the axis of the long bones
Impacted fracture	Fractures in which the fracture line cannot be distinguished due to the fracture of the epiphysis
Comminunted fracture)	Fractures with two or more broken pieces
Bowing fracture	A fracture in which the bone is bent like a bow, but there is no visible crack
Greenstick fracture	Fractured fractures in which one side of the bone is fractured and the other is bent like a bow
Torus fracture	A fracture in which the bone is twisted rather than broken
