감염병으로 인한 호중구 감소증 Infectious neutropenia

 

  • 바이러스 감염이나 박테리아 감염으로 호중구 수치가 증가될 수 있고 감소될 수 있고 또 백혈구 수치에 변화가 생기지 않을 수 있다. 
  • 풍진, 수두, 홍역, A형 간염이나 B형 간염, 인플루엔자 등의 바이러스 감염병으로 호중구 수치가 감소될 수 있고 그로 인해 호중구 감소증이 생길 수 있다. 
  • 이런 종류의 호중구 감소증은 1주 정도 지나가면 자연히 치료되는 것이 보통이다. 
  • 박테리아 패혈증으로 호중구 감소증이 생길 수 있다. 그런 호중구 감소증은 그 패혈증을 치료하면 호중구 감소증도 회복될 수 있다. 
  • 감염병으로 인한 호중구 감소증은 감염병이 치료되면 호중구 감소도 회복되는 것이 보통이다. 

Infectious neutropenia 감염병으로 인한 호중구 감소증

  • A viral or bacterial infection may cause an increase or decrease in neutrophil counts and no change in the white blood cell count.
  • Virus infections such as rubella, chickenpox, measles, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, and influenza can reduce neutrophil counts, resulting in neutropenia.
  • This type of neutropenia usually heals spontaneously after a week or so.
  • Bacterial sepsis can lead to neutropenia.
  • Such neutropenia can also be restored by treating the sepsis. Neutropenia caused by an infectious disease usually recovers when the infectious disease is treated.
