감돈 포경 Paraphimosis

감돈 포경 Paraphimosis

 

  • 귀두를 둘러싼 포피가 자지 귀두의 뒤로 일단 젖혀진 후 그 포피를 원래 둘러싼 귀두 표면으로 되돌려 갈 수 없는 상태를 감돈 포경이라 한다.
  • 귀두와 포피가 붓고 아플 수 있다.
  • 이런 증상은 모발 지혈대 증후군(Hair tourniquet syndrome)과 비슷한 기전으로 생길 수 있다. 적절히 치료하지 않으면, 귀두가 괴사될 수 있다.
  • 병원에서 다음과 같이 응급으로 치료한다.
  • 손으로 포피를 정상 위치로 끌어다 놓는 처치를 시도한다.
  • 포도당액 묻힌 거즈로 싸고, 부어 있는 포피 속 체액을 가는 주사 바늘로 빼낸다.
  • 아픈 증상은 경구용 진통제 또는 엘마(EMLA) 크림으로 대증 치료한다. Dr. Gausche-Hill, Pediatrics News August 2008. p.34. 참조

 

Paraphimosis 감돈 포경

• A condition in which the foreskin surrounding the glans cannot be returned to the surface of the glans that originally surrounds the foreskin after the foreskin is once bent behind the penis glans.

• The glans and foreskin may be swollen and painful.

• These symptoms can occur with a mechanism similar to hair tourniquet syndrome. If not treated properly, the glans can die.

• Emergency treatment in the hospital as follows.

• Attempt to drag the foreskin to its normal position by hand.

• Wrap it with gauze soaked in glucose solution, and remove the swollen body fluid from the foreskin with a thin needle. • Painful symptoms are usually treated with oral pain relievers or EMLA cream. Dr. Gausche-Hill, Pediatrics News August 2008. p.34. Reference
