갈증, 다음증(다갈증, 물을 많이 마실 때) Thirsty, Polydipsia

갈증다음증의 정의

  • 수분을 비정상적으로 많이 마시거나 비정상으로 갈증이 많이 생기는 증상을 다음 또는 다갈증이라고 한다.

갈증다음증의 원인

  • 히스테리아,
  • 원발성 다음(다갈증),
  • 강박성 수분 섭취증,
  • 미숙한 행동,
  • 정서 정신불안증 등으로 다음증이 생길 수 있다.
  • 1형 당뇨병,
  • 고칼슘 혈증,
  • 저칼륨 혈증,
  • 발트테르 증후군,
  • 크롬친화성 세포증,
  • 요분증,
  • 신장 세뇨관 산성혈증,
  • 고혈압,
  • 심장 부전증,
  • 탈수증,
  • 짠 음식 섭취 등으로 다음증이 생길 수 있다.
  • 1형 당뇨병으로 다음증이 생길 때는 소변을 자주 많이 보고 음식물을 많이 섭취하는 것이 보통이다.

갈증다음증의 치료

  • 원인에 따라 치료한다.

1일 수분 필요량

체중 매 kg
  • 영아는 150cc,
  • 1~9세의 유아학령기 아이는 100~125cc
  • 10~15세 사춘기 아이들은 50~75cc 정도 수분을 정상적으로 매일 섭취해야 한다.

Definition of thirst, next thirst

• A symptom of drinking an abnormally large amount of fluid or causing an abnormally high thirst is called Daum or polythiasis.

Thirst, the cause of the following

• hysteria,

• primary next (polythirst),

• compulsive fluid intake,

• inexperienced behavior,

• Emotional anxiety can cause the following symptoms.

• type 1 diabetes, • hypercalcemia,

• hypokalemia,

• Waltter syndrome,

• pheochromocytosis,

• identification card,

• renal tubular acidemia,

• High blood pressure,

• heart failure,

• dehydration,

• Eating salty food can cause the following symptoms.

• When the following symptoms occur from type 1 diabetes, it is common to urinate frequently and eat a lot of food.

Thirst, treatment of the following

• Treat according to the cause.

Water required per day, Per kg of body weight

• 150cc for infants,

• 100-125cc for infants aged 1-9 and school-age children

• 10-15 years old adolescent children should normally consume 50-75cc of fluid daily.
