각막이 화학 물질에 데었을 때 (각막 화학 물질 화상) Corneal chemical burn

강한 알칼리성 화학 물질이나 산성 화학물질, 또는 그 외 다른 유기·무기 화학물질 등으로 각막이나 결막, 또는 각 결막이 데어 화학물질성 결막 및, 또는 각막 화상이 생길 수 있다.
각막이 화학물질로 데면 눈이 아프고 빨개지며 부을 수 있고 시력 장애가 생길 수 있다. 화학물질로 인한 눈의 화상 참조.
즉시, 수도 물이나 생리 식염수 등으로 눈을 충분히 여러 번 씻어 주어야 한다.
가능하면 흐르는 수돗 물이 덴 눈에 직접 흐르게 해서 눈에 묻은 화학물질을 깨끗이 씻어 줄 수 있다.
화학물질이 묻은 옷을 벗기고 다른 옷으로 갈아입힌다.
안과 전문의나 병원 응급실로 속히 데리고 가 응급 치료를 받아야 한다.
각막이 화학물질로 화상을 입어서 눈이 아플 때는 국소마취 안약 등으로 진통시키고 항생제 안연고로 감염병을 예방 치료한다.

• Chemical conjunctiva and/or corneal burns can occur due to strong alkaline or acidic chemicals, or other organic or inorganic chemicals.

• Chemical burns to the cornea can make your eyes hurt, red, and swollen, and can cause vision problems. See chemical eye burns.

• Immediately rinse your eyes with tap water or physiological saline, etc. enough times.

• If possible, run running tap water directly on the burned eye to clean the eye of the chemical.

• Remove chemically contaminated clothing and change into other clothing.

• You need to take them to an eye care professional or hospital emergency room immediately for emergency treatment.

• If the cornea is burned with chemicals and your eyes hurt, use eye drops under local anesthesia for pain relief, and antibiotic eye ointment to prevent and treat infectious diseases.
