• 의료계에서 종사하지 않는 부모 여러분들이나 의료인들의 판단으로 내과적으로나 외과적으로 또는 정신적으로 평가하여  진단 치료를 응급으로 해 주지 않으면 생명이 위급할 수 있고 심신에도 문제가 생길 가능성이 있는 예기치 않은 질병이나 신체 손상나 정신적 손상 등을 가진 환자를 응급환자라고 하고 그런 환자를 치료하는 의료행위를 응급의료라고 합니다.

• 초중고교 각급 학교나 어린이 집, 유치원, 그 외 소아청소년들의 삶에 관련된 일을 하는 성인들은 누구나 부모들과 거의 같은 1차 응급 처치를 해야 하는 입장에 서 응급 있습니다. 바로 그 현장에서 평가 진단 치료 등 응급의료 대처를 최초로 적절히 해야 하는 입장에 서 있습니다.
•  의료구급대의 도움을 받는 방법이나 구급차 이용법, 그 외 병원 응급 의료실에 이송하는 교통수단과 이용법, 급성 외출혈 지혈법, 각막 화상 응급치료법, 기도 폐쇄와 질식 응급처치법, 고막 천공 대처, 전신 경련 응급 처치, 화상, 익사 익수 사고 대처 및 예방, 아나필랙시스나 동물에 물렸을 때의 대처, 약물 중독  또는 화학물질 중독 처치법 등 응급의료 문제가 소아청소년들에게 예기치 않게 생기면 최초 응급대처를 누구든지 적절히 할 수 있으면 얼마나 좋겠습니까. 필요에 따라 기초 심폐소생술을 누구든지 할 수 있으면 얼마나 좋겠습니까.
•  소아청소년에게 응급의료 상황이 생기면 최초 응급의료 처치를 그 현장에서 적절히 할 수 있게 평소 응급 처치법을 공부하고 연습하고 실제로 이용할 수 있게 준비하고 연수 했다가 의료전문가의 도움을 받기 전까지 최초 응급치료를 바로 시작 하면 얼마나 좋겠습니까.
•  응급의료 문제가 생겼을 때 구급차를 이용하는 방법이라든지 응급의료 진료가 필요한 소아청소년 환자를 적절한 병원 응급의료실로 후송할 때 적절한 교통수단을 이용하는 방법도 알아야 합니다.
• “병원에 가면 의사가 다 알아서 해주는데 소아가정간호백과나 소아청소년 응급의료 지침서가 무슨 필요가 있느냐”고 저에게 반문하는 부모들도 많이 있습니다.
• 대개의 경우,  의료인들은 불과 몇 분 또는 몇 시간 동안 여러분의 자녀들을 진료하고 돌보아 줄 수 있지만 하루 24시간 중 나머지 23시간동안은 엄마 아빠가 자녀의 안녕, 건강, 질병, 예방, 양육을 가정에서 책임지고 돌보아야 할 책임과  의무가 있습니다.

•  부모 앞에서 소중한 내 자녀의 기도 속으로 이물질이 갑자기 들어가 기도가 차단돼 숨이 넘어 가려고 하는 찰나에 누가 그 자녀의 기도 내 이물을 제거해 자녀의 생명을 구출해 줄 수 있습니까. 의사입니까 이웃집 아저씨 입니까 그럼 누구입니까. 바로 자녀 곁에 계신 엄마아빠입니다.

•  소아청소년 응급 의료 문제는 때와 장소를 가리지 않고 예기치 않게 생길 수 있습니다. 주위에 의사도 간호사도 아무도 없는 상황에 처해있는 대부분의 부모들은 그런 응급의료 상황에 적절히 대처할 준비가 되어 있지 않은 채로 자녀들을 양육하고 있다고 해도 과언이 아닙니다.

I am an infinite honor to be published “Parents must also become at least the half-doctors – Encyclopedia of Pediatric and Family home medical Nursing Care for Children and Adolescents “Volume 1, Emergency Medical Care ” among 25 volumes,” for the sake of 80 million Koreans in Korea and around the world and also 70 billion people all over the world.

How can I express in words all the joy?

I can give it to my home country South Korea and North Korean compatriots. They can use it for their children's health, parenting, love, disease treatment, prevention, and love.

"Volume 1 Emergency Medical Services for Children and Adolescents" is one of the second editions,  a supplementary edition of “Emergency Medical Care”. of "Parents must also become at least the half-doctors - Encyclopedia of Pediatric and Family home Nursing care(published in Ceungmungak, 1998),  www.koreapediatrics.com" Web Pediatrics ( 2001-2015)

If no one does not provide emergency diagnostic treatment based on the judgment of parents or medical personnel who are not engaged in the medical field, his or her life may be jeopardized and he or she may experience unexpected diseases or physical problems.

In such a situation, a patient with an injury or mental impairment is called an emergency patient, and medical treatment that treats such a patient is called emergency medical care.

It is necessary to evaluate, diagnose, and treat emergency medical problems at the very site where children or adolescents have emergency medical problems.

It is the mother and father who stand by their child's side. For this reason, the Academy of Micropediatrics has produced a pamphlet and is selling it through the local pediatrics department so that all parents can learn the first aid method for removing foreign bodies in the airway and basic cardio-resuscitation methods that may occur in their children.

In the case of a foreign object in his child's airway,  while asking the emergency room doctor on the phone what to do.

There is also an example where both the father and his child's children were sacrificed, who jumped into the pond in bewilderment to rescue the third generation of readers who fell into the pond.

When a child has a life-threatening emergency medical problem, first aid should be initiated by parents for seconds or minutes.

Parents sometimes have to decide how to follow up after receiving help from pediatric and adolescent departments, hospital emergency departments, clinics, emergency services, and other emergency calls or other emergency methods most effectively.

In such a complex emergency medical situation, we cannot just be embarrassed and do nothing and just watch the serious emergency medical situation with our own eyes.

In these emergency medical situations, parents need a pediatric emergency medical guide with information on how to provide appropriate first aid for their children.
